               ———VIP 学员学习反馈对话录

 

赵同学:上次和您聊了之后,不再有复读的想法了,而且这次语文头一次冲到了100分以上,很开心。
布布老师:很好,潜力的门打开了。只是12个小时的点拨,效果还是不错的,关键还是你听话照做了。这四个字比较重要,在你不知道怎么办的时候,老师分析后告诉你的办法,“听话照做”决定了你能不能进步。

 

赵同学:感觉心结打开了,不会总是想逃避,不想复读的事情了。
布布老师:很好,你懂了,复读不是选择,是逃避,你可以逃避就可以面对,这是一件事,高考不是任务,像吃饭一样,很普通又可以为成长提供能量,没有什么压力。

赵同学:晚上在家看不少时间的书,总是回头一看,发现好像什么也没有看进去,什么也学不会。
布布老师:我说你是精力不集中,可以吗?

赵同学:恩,怎么办呢?
布布老师:对。这是精力不集中,不是你学不会。想办法精力集中就好了。

赵同学:是呀,一走神还能走很久……
布布老师:为什么呢?因为你意识不到自己走神了,没有提醒去打断走神这个事,这也是一件事,不是什么大问题,可以处理。


赵同学:怎么处理呢?
布布老师:你在手腕上戴一个像头发上面那样比较好看的橡皮筋(哈哈),刚发现好像走神了,弹一下了,一般50次后,你的走神时间就会减少很多啦。一个月后,你就不会再意识到还带着橡皮筋啦(哈哈),因为不需要了。

赵同学:真的么?
布布老师:真的。我做过,还是“听话照做”,就ok了。


赵同学:恩,我会的。
布布老师:很好(哈哈)。


赵同学:还有么?
布布老师:记录自己的作息时间。

赵同学:怎么记录呢?
布布老师:再家的三四个小时自习的时间,先坚持每一个小时持续学习,然后休息,再持续一个小时,上厕所呀、发短信呀、喝水呀,都禁止。学习结束后,回顾、然后记录时间的消耗,像记录你的小账本一样(哈哈)。


赵同学:恩,哈哈,那寒假怎么规划呢,您说的时间是需要管理的,我感觉很有作用,可是不知道怎么办。
布布老师:很好,纸笔都带了吧?那就好,我给你做个符合你的学习计划,你还要记得四个字,还记得么?
赵同学:听话照做,哈哈,一定会的,谢谢老师。
