《你是执笔人》 【序】  文/吕布凡

 

    不止一个人，不止一位朋友，不止一个前来咨询的家长，不止一位同学，不止一位学生，曾这样告诉我：

 

   布布，我实在受不了了，无法表达我的愤怒（生气、懊恼、不满等一系列负面、消极的词汇）。这些词语的共同特征是消极能量巨大，能让人在反复回顾的过程中，像“驴打滚”的利息那样，越积越多、越滚越大，大到一定程度时，做出许多令人很久都后悔不已的事情。

 

    虽然，每次我都很可亲地听完“受害者”的“诉苦”，但无疑，我是在一次又一次地纵然我的倾诉者，告诉他（她），把问题告诉我，可以暂时缓解她（他）的苦闷，平衡心里的支点。

   

    但是一次地体验之后，他们往往从此止不住自己的苦闷，开始不断地寻求“新人”去“诉苦”，反复其言行，同时也反复地重温他们的生气、懊恼、不满等情绪，一次比一次激烈，叙述久了，好像那些事情就永远也无从抹去一样，在周围的人群中流传数年，有害而无一利。

 

 

    还有，在很多学生的接触中，一些侃侃而谈的学生在面对卷纸的时候，往往哑“笔”无言，不知从何“写起”，当我问起的时候，学生就很委屈地说：

    感触使很多，想到了很多，却不知道怎么理清思路，把它们写在纸上……

 

    如果，你曾做过以上所述人的角色，那么我们便可以在此书中探讨，探讨书写和那些情绪的密切关联……密切到不可分的程度，到你从未感受到过的程度。

    我早就想把如何写作，书写、记录自己的思维，表达思维、见解像课堂练习里那样，详略有致地告诉所有读者，怎样可以博得阅卷老师一赞，得到一个不错的分数，然后在排名中朝前挤上数千名（目前的中国的考试中，数分之差而已）。但是，经过我的梳理发现，其实写作应该是一个全民的行动，为了自己，人人都应该学会起码的写作，至少，书写不应该成为考试之外生僻的行为，写写画画当成为我们生活、自我成长，乃至慢慢变老过程中的一部分。

 

    于是，我进了自己最大的努力把语言写到最接近谈话的程度，这样每个人都像找到了聊天的人一样，通过本书**多课时的时间去学会书写的方法、形式、去领略写作如何是生活不可或缺的一部分，最后每位阅读者都能培养出积极的写作习惯，谱写自己的人生之书，这是本书的目的，当然，也是它成为一本书的最高理想，希望它能在诸位读者的生活中、理想中起到推进、愉快、填充的作用。
