对话录5·你在意的那些其实是什么？

这个问题在我们中年的时候常常会拿来教育孩子，说：好孩子，你并不是老师说的那么差，你很优秀的，在妈妈（爸爸）眼里，你是个好孩子。这个问题，在我们自身上却少有注意，不止小孩子、青少年，甚至来找我咨询的同事、成年人，中年人，都或多或少地受其困扰，我们一起来看曾有过的一段对话，希望看到了它的人，都能用自己的方式去接受、改变许多我们不经意深陷其中的小“牛角尖”。
多多：没关系，你都说出来吧。
倾诉：我真的受不了，从我上学到现在一直都是这样，难道这是我的命么？
多多：我猜不是的。
倾诉：诶，多多老师啊，真是的，您听我给你说，我上小学开始，都没有老师注意到我，注意到我的也是看不上我，除了批评什么都没有。
多多：你过去的事情，我没办法帮你解释，它已经在过去了，你现在回头看，是以一个成年人复杂的心情去分析，描述出的状态一定不是当时的状态。

倾诉：啊……
倾诉：多多老师，因为朋友告诉我，你很能在极短的时间帮助人走出困境，我也是很信任你才……
多多：呵呵，你不要紧张，你现在静下来，你为什么要解释？
倾诉：我觉得我只是很高兴，所以就问了为什么，没有特别的想法……就解释了。
多多：其实，你不该如此信任我，我说的，你就相信，我们的交情多深厚呢？
倾诉：噢，您继续……
多多：你把判断你的前途这件事情交给我，这个你才见了第一面的人，我说的话你就信以为真了，更要命的是，我还不知道你的职业就告诉你你很有前途，你竟希望我继续把你夸奖下去。 倾诉:刚才确实有这样的感觉，人都爱听好话吧。
多多：那，当你面对的一个人对你说的不是好听的、并不那么入耳的话呢？
倾诉：当然就不高兴了。
多多：好了，我想你登记的问题，自己该解决了，我从没有帮来访者解决过什么问题，都是他们自己愿意接受我 的思路，自己帮自己解决问题的。 倾诉：我不太明吧。
多多：你是不是告诉自己了，面对陌生人你就很在意他们对你的判断？
多多：我来举个例子给你解释吧。年轻人，我觉得和你一起来的对象并不喜欢你，他还有其它女友，和他分手吧。倾诉：啊？怎么会？真的？
