毕业，3年后的走与留

很惊奇，一个经常不回拒绝别人的人开始向我抱怨了，远远的电话那头我听出了对工作的无奈，那是一个工作了近3年的“老大学生”了，按道理说，不会再因为小事而产生对工作岗位的怀疑，怀疑是不是不对口，是不是没有发展前景……不是的，这个人说：我从不怀疑这里的前景，可是真的没有人看好这里。

我问：怎么讲？
答曰：三年里，我送走了好几拨同事了，都是经历了一段时间的磨合，然后毅然决然地离开了。

我问：怎么是毅然决然呢？
答曰：都看到了相同的问题，被迫或者主动离开了。

我问：谁在逼谁呢？
答曰：互相呗

我问：可不可以说，是老员工在逼迫新员工呢？如果是这样，那么老员，想你，不会觉得困惑应该是很爽才对吧？
答曰：自己也被逼迫，不爽。

我问：既然都看到了问题，为什么不向领导反映呢？
答曰：反映了，不被重视，或者被重视了，没有办法去除根深蒂固的恶俗。

我问：三年内你都送走那么多批同事了，哪里还有根深蒂固之说呢？
答曰：不清楚，老员工也就那么几个。

我问：你可以不可以理解，其实剩下的老员工，包括领导，是无能与解决这些问题的？
答曰：不像。

我问：你是不是可以理解为，剩下的老员工，包括领导，是可以而不愿意去解决这些问题的？
答曰：不知道。
