无论是在官场、职场、还是考场，总会有那么一类人喜欢去发现“不公平”，然后在不同的人面前抱怨，用激烈的言辞、生动的音调不同地重现他们所见到的“不公平”，大概早期的农民起义就是这个状态—–你看看，有些人不像我们这么可怜，而那些人正在做着对我们不公平的事情，刚好，我们都是受害者。
就着这样的思路，早期的农民就很快拧成一股绳，开始被发言者说服、开始同情发言者，实际则是站在发言的农民的角度去看待那个“不公平”的事件。

我们来看一例：

一群玩耍的小孩子在湖心划船，其中有一个力气比较大的男孩子掌握方向盘，其它小朋友也没有什么特殊的感觉，但如果此时如果出现了一个口才较佳的小女孩来说：“为什么这么不公平，凭什么就你自己来掌握我们的船？”
大家首先会茫然一下，因为可能多数的孩子还没有去分析这个问题，只是简单地少数服从多数，但因有人开了个头，那便麻烦了，小女孩再说：“我们都付了同样的钱，为什么就你能玩方向盘？为什么我们每个人都只能坐着？”
……掌握船方向盘的孩子也会被问题洗脑，很茫然，难道自己真的做错了？他也许会生气丢掉方向盘，也许会纠集自己的小伙伴和小女孩理论。
倒回来，再看这个例子，如果出了比较壮的这个小男孩之外，不再有人会掌握方向盘，不再有人能掌握得了方向盘，或者都不乐意掌握方向盘，那么小女孩的“不公平”还成立么？显然，我们能得到的是，小女孩所谓的“不公平”不是由某一个小男孩拿到了掌握方向盘的权利，而仅仅是不成熟的她没有机会得到而已。
