在工作之初的早些日子……，那些事，是发生在一个类似外企的民办企业，类似商业企业的教育单位，一年零一个月，做出了这样的总结，称之为《八戒》。
一个人想要的生活说都说不清楚，怎么为之奋斗？
一只总是抱怨的脑袋那里有时间学习？
一个人无法坚持自己的执着，那是为什么在活着？
一个人连自己都无法保护，怎么保护自己的理想和未来？
一个人每天都不开心，一生中什么时候会开心呢？
一个人连自己的嘴巴都管不住，怎能管住自己这个人，乃至下属？
一个人连想去哪里都不知道，那怎么能知道来来回回的脚往哪里迈？
此8则“疑问”条律是从过去的370多天中总结而出，看到、听到发生在别人、周遭的惨不忍睹的场景、事件，时时用以自省。
