强大的内心

我曾不止一次在课堂上“三深”（深沉、深情、深重口吻）地告诉学生们：
看到你的表情，我知道你好像是受伤了，那么你可能会疑惑，怎样能够尽量少地受伤，怎么才能不受伤，每次考试、甚至与人相处都能游刃有余，顺从心意。接下来，我会说：答案很简单，是自己的内心便得强大，那么你就不容易被伤害。那些伤害可能是工作、学习、或者竞争、语言等等，唯有自己能相同的事情，才不需要别人去开解，那么唯有内心强大，抵御能力方变得强大，思维开阔、气息便会顺从世道，自己可以顺利地在“不顺”的境况下做到“独善其身”，或者独自专意手头的任务、心中的理想。
不然的话，一日不把它变强大，则一日就会伤痛不止。如我如你，在生活中常常遇见的小人物，每天必会为一两件小事，或者一两个所谓小人伤脑筋，没有心思处理自己的终生事物（理想），但是，过了三五天，我们会发现，这个人所关注的、所气氛的事情已经改变，变成另一件同样不值得花时间的小事上，周而复始，永无休止之日……
归根结底，内心不够强大，心思不够开阔是祸首，在相对稳定的环境里，为何有那么几个人总是喜欢抱怨？为什么有的处在同一个位置的人就可以少抱怨一些？为什么有的人抱怨的是技不如人，为什么有的人抱怨的是权术伎俩？
首先发出抱怨的这人情绪激动的人，我们无从知道原因是什么，但我们可以断定的是此人内心“不够强大”，受伤、抱怨是必然，有一则可以有二，也可以有三，往复不断焉…………
