物质淹没的意义

物质的，都会过期的，如前文我提过的一文《一件必然会被扔掉的衣服》，因为追求满足当时那一刻的物欲，买下了，消费了，也消遣了，时过境迁，意义变更后，不知何时何地那件衣服便随着季节或心情被“理所当然”地淘汰了……
其实，人并不需要那么多的东西。也就是说，不物质，人是可以活下去的……
想一想，我们有了手机，又想着买手机链、贴膜，自己长头发还不够，还要买假发，买发卡，一次离谱的发型师告诉我头发太黑了，不如染成黄色的，会把我衬托得更加白皙；我的头发太直了，应该做一些羊毛样式的卷卷……我目瞪口呆，不知道这竟然变成了潮流中的缺点……我知道，当我按照发型师的意见实施之后，还要购买相应的护发素、乃至配套药水、定期护理之类，繁琐无比。难保，药水、护理用品还要用精美盒子装起来，这些精美的盒子拿回家在用什么样子优雅的容器来承载又成了问题，那样的容器是摆在窗台还是床底下还是问题……
物体的层层关系，繁杂之后，必然会被人们赋予意义，比如，车子象征了什么，车子不同的坐垫象征着什么，春夏秋冬每一季节应该用什么样材质的坐垫，考虑到这些物体原本没有的抽象意义时，应该，在人们脑中就形成了所谓“物质”……
海城有一茅棚住着一队行脚僧人，由妙祥和尚带队，前几日去拜会，跑错了地方，错误之中发现了一个可以修道静心的大悲寺上院，那里几乎没有什么风景，但是仅仅小山与落日足以撼动一颗俗人之心。
妙祥和尚深信不疑的是“无欲无求”，“内心快乐”，他带着僧人背上行李便行南走北地乞讨修行，一生不触钱财，一切好坏食物在他们眼中没有意义，即使缝补数十遍的僧袍依然着于身上，为什么不随季节换一件新的袈裟，为什么闲暇时间不换看上去伟岸一些、有格调的西装呢？为什么不去体验一下有钱施主的名贵跑车呢，除了“欲”之外，此大概解释的就是，非物质便是不把物体赋予意义巴……
没有了附加“意义”，物质便不存在……或换言之，只要人还在在意外在“意义”（象征、代表、看上去之类的意义），人就是在追求“物质”……

I realize what you are saying, but you just seem to have forgotten about that there are some other men and women within the world who look at this issue for what it actually is and may well not agree with you.
