2010年工作总结

在过去的一年中，经历和感慨一样多，工作和总结一样多，布凡在不停地总结中不再去听闻感慨，在经历中也逐渐去最大化经历的价值，这是又是总结，是新的一年开始的时候，对过去的一年最大面积的一次总结，包括了几乎布凡涉及的到的所有工作。
关于语文。
认识是会随着人对工作的深入而变化的，这是关于语文的总结。
刚开始的班级是语文，上课之前自己也认为，为什么让我教语文，我可以么？不应该是一般年纪的长者才能去教高中语文么？一直也带着这个疑问度过了工作的前半年，在接下来的2010年一年中，重新巩固的文言文、作文体系让我不再去想年龄和工作的必然关系。因为有心办好一件事，所以关于这件事的好运就会向你走来，在2010年参编的3本作文书，让自己想起来也委实有些惊讶，不知当初是怎样把持安静的学术状态坚持下来的，指导以后的工作的其实就是，目标得用行动去坚持，否则，在岗位的日子里目标将被混乱的程序淡忘，变成难以执行。
关于酷学酷玩的精英特训营。
目标需要聚焦，宣传是为了让别人知道，这是关于特训营的总结。
这是工作后接触的第一份全职工作，全然不同于讲课，想法很好，出发点本也是为了帮助学校建立一个新的项目，为此自费去LY相关等特训营详细记录了他们多年的培训程序。在一次沈阳的培训中向陈大可老师请教了长春营的成长经验，受用颇多，除了本地市场没有打开，另外就是针对性弱，没有把目标清晰化，全部容纳的结果必然是使消费者心中觉得不专业，觉得这个产品效果太杂，实际仍是效果模糊。
关于高中英语阅读。
没有第一步，永远无法开始，一旦开始，就可以继续。
这是过去的一年中，年初匆匆接手离职老师的工作，讲下来了断断续续的一年，有一次高超老师的提醒，语法点上出现过一次错误，实际还是口误，其他并没有出现令自己不满的状况。颇为后悔的是当初没有硬着头皮要求自己去坚持托福作为的工作，一年就这样过去了，此目标的淡化了，虽然平时也在学习这方向的内容，就像一杯一直在温煮的水，始终没有坚持烧到100摄氏度，这个要在来年提醒自己：要积累，也要速度。
关于工作稳定的总结。
考虑到员工家属的感受，让员工家属越舒适，员工就会越稳定。
在wx校长的谦卑姿态下，大家都是自愿地满腔热血地留在鞍山工作的，无一不想有一番作为，生怕辜负校长一番期望。但在过去的一年中却来来往往许多员工，能稳定长久的极为有限，离职或离开的多半不是工作出现了问题，在很热爱工作的情况下，被家人“逼”回家了。开始是不解，因为我也热爱这个份自由，自以为还可以创造许多教育价值，在很大的力气下劝说了母亲3年内支持我的工作，直到写总结的今天为止，我恍然大悟，因为新的一年年初，家人来探望，在宿舍说了一句话：我在你们宿舍闭上眼睛就不想再睁开了。这是一个震惊我也启发我的一句话，也就是家人觉得不舒服，家人不想作为XDF员工的亲人不舒服，家人就会想法设法使员工换工作。这是这一方向的总结。
关于架设在Google feedburner上的博客。
数据在于积累，分析数据是决策的重要指导；教育消费者，用价值观去引导重复消费。
这是帮助学校在大学预科学生结束后，能力求其在以后四年的寒暑假朝向四、六级，托福、雅思的课程方向靠拢。开始的几篇博文并不是有很多人去阅读，我在定期的每个星期、每个月都去feedburner后台查看，统计最受欢迎的文章的类型、题材、内容，坚持到第三个月的时候，基本可以把握这一批订阅了我的大学这一博客上大一学生的阅读风格了。
以上是过去的一年的总结，写给领导当做报告，也写给自己一来总结、二来纳入经验积累，以备后来之警省。
