认清自己有多难？

        学了NLP发现自己是可以“抽离”出自己，站在“外在”，观察这个生活中可爱的“我”，一切表现得时而开心、时而愤怒，有趣无比，琢磨来去，原来我们的想法和大脑思维是两回事，甚至有时一方被另一方控制了，导致一个人不自知的痛不欲生，然而他不清楚这到底为什么……

       遮掩对思维和心理的研究令人困惑且上瘾，这两天突发奇想去书店买了张德芬议的《当下的力量》，细究ABC理论，全心地理解为什么一个文质彬彬的人会突然暴怒却不自知。

       书中诶克哈特.托利的ABC理论是这样阐述的：

   A是引发你情绪的事件；
   B你的信念，或你对事物的理解；
   C结果，也就是负面情绪。

        通常当人们不喜欢产生的结果C的时候，就会回头抱怨A的因素，或是一个人的品质、行为，或是一个事件，而在此，A是已然发生的事件，C是不可改变的结果，那么，剩下的B呢，这是唯一可变的环节……

        讲到这里，或许有人就可以明白“境由心转”的意思了，顿悟，原来可以通过公式来实现的，这样去基本认清自己和自己的情绪便不困难。有的人或许在中年之前可以自己开悟通过ABC理论认清自我，可是，有的人，竟会花上一辈子。
 

注解：按照弗洛伊德的陈述，所谓自我，是自己意识的存在和觉醒；本我，则是原始欲望自然表现；而超我，则是社会行为准则及形成的禁忌。
