讲到这里，或许有人就可以明白“境由心转”的意思了，顿悟，原来可以通过公式来实现的，这样去基本认清自己和自己的情绪便不困难。有的人或许在中年之前可以自己开悟通过ABC理论认清自我，可是，有的人，竟会花上一辈子。
